My 10 yr old daughter has been taking private piano lessons with Daniel Lee for more than 2 years. Daniel is a talented musician and a wonderful instructor. He is very patient and caring to his students. Deeply rooted in his family's 40+ year tradition of providing conservatory level musical training, Daniel's piano class is systematic and well-round. In addition to piano performing, he also emphasizes theory, listening and sight reading. I highly recommend Daniel. You will not regret to take his lessons!

Daniel Lee is an excellent trumpet teacher who has the right mix of high expectations, kindness and experience to help my child achieve diligence and enthusiasm in his daily practice and performance. He has also been a phenomenal piano accompanist for my other child, and we feel so lucky to have found this studio.

Mr. Lee is the simply the best piano teacher my 10 years son has had. His teaching philosophy is classic and ways are modern. In his class, he teaches and correct his student. After the class, he encourages his student to use apps to learn rhythm and notes. His lesson notes are clear and easy to follow so my son has no issue to practice as required. Sincerely recommend to anyone who is seeking a great piano teacher.

I started weekly lessons with Daniel about 15 months ago after a lifetime of playing off-and-on on my own, with only a year of lessons to begin with in the '90s. Daniel stepped through a sight-reading program to help me break the habit of memorizing everything and actually play from the music so I can play more pieces than just the ones I have most recently memorized. Daniel also took me through the right technical exercises to smooth out my playing and make my musical expression much stronger and more meaningful. Daniel's recital program combined with giving me pieces at exactly my level have helped me get past my fear of playing for people. Everything about my playing is much better, and I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who wants to improve their playing.

Throughout the years, Mr. Lee taught my children to play an amazingly wide range of piano repertoire and at the same time he emphasizes solid technique and music theory training. He also touches upon topics on music history and prepares reading materials, for example, books on greatest composers in history. His influence is instrumental to my children in developing their own musicianship.

Daniel is an enthusiastic and skilled teacher and an expressive musician. He is incredibly adept at identifying, communicating, and prioritizing issues, and I have learned so much about musicality from listening to him teach my son. I'm amazed by how two minutes of instruction from Daniel transforms my son's playing from notes on a page to musical expression. It's like magic. I cannot say enough positive things about Daniel as a piano teacher. Both my 5 year old daughter and I (39) took lessons with him and we both enjoy it immensely, and are learning a ton. Daniel creates a very accessible environment for new learners and made it fun. Also pushes the right amount to keep us progressing. Highly recommend!
